Training with First 28 Newborn Academy completely changed the way I approach newborn care. Before my training, I had my own way of doing things, but I learned that professional newborn care requires clear standards, consistency, and understanding the reasons behind every practice.
I learned so much about proper newborn care, feeding, routines, and professional standards. What I appreciated most was learning how to observe a baby properly and understand what the baby needs rather than simply following habits or assumptions.
